If you are having eMail issues we please review the setting information below.
Have you tried webmail? Goto webmail.mbak.net and if you log in the problem is with your email client.
Both webmail and the regular eMail server use the same password
If you wish to submit a Trouble Ticket, please goto our trouble ticketpage. We have no way of telling what your current password is, but we can reset it, we need eMail Address and user name please.
Cannot Send eMail: Under advanced options "My Server Requires Authenication" is required.
Some ISP's block the SendMail (SMTP) port 25 to cut back on spammers. Try using port 366 or the secure port 465
